Our creative minds are always ticking over. BCNÜ is built on philosophy where innovation and constant renewal of our product will keep our customers happy and therefore we are always creating new products to add to our range.

We don't follow industry trends when it comes to seasonal releases so you'll see bold new designs from BCNÜ all year round.

How do gift vouchers work?

Treating someone. Just click on Gift Voucher at the bottom of any page and follow the prompts.

Our website currency is in USD (united States Dollar) and your voucher may show the amount of a possible currency conversion if the purchaser is outside of the US. The value of your voucher however is not any less of the purchasers purchased amount they specified.

I have a discount code/coupon. How do I use it?

Treating someone. Why not? Just click on 'Gift Voucher' at the bottom of any page and follow the prompts.

All Gift Vouchers are sent the following business day. If you would like your Gift Voucher Sent by email please specify in the 'delivery instructions' in the comments box on the check out page.

How do I become a official BCNÜ retailer?

BCNÜ products can only be purchased online at BCNUCLOTHING.COM
We do not retail our products through brick and mortar stores or offer wholesale/retail accounts.

What happen if I try to order an item and it's flagged as OUT OF STOCK?

Occasionally due to popular demand we run out of stock of a particular item. No need to panic. If an item is flagged as out of stock, you will get a pop to register your email address for notification of when the product is back in stock. As soon as the items is back in stock you will automatically receive and email form BCNÜ notifying you to come back to our site and complete your purchase.

If your size option is not displayed on the product page it means that the product you are interested in is being discontinued.

As stocks and sizes are limited we cannot guarantee availability of all sizes and colours. Our website is maintained with current stock levels so if the size you are after is available, then it’s yours. Obviously we will expect payment for your goods before they are shipped.

 

How to Shop

I can't select the size I want?

We cater for most popular sizes.  If your sizes does not appear than we do not stock the product in that size and generally means that we have stopped production on the item or the stock has sold out.

But if it says "Out of Stock" you will be presented with a pop up window for you to register your interest in that product. When the product is back in stock you will automatically be notified . 

Is VAT calculated for orders within the UK?

VAT is inclusive in the price you see. There are no additional taxes payable if you are resident of the United Kingdom.

Can I mark my parcel as a gift?

Unfortunately, due to International Customs regulations, all parcels must be marked as "Merchandise" with the appropriate value. Otherwise, the parcel may be denied and returned to sender.

I just placed an order but didn't receive an email confirmation?

Firstly, It's important to ensure that you completed the checkout process and finalised the order. The last page will always' display the order number; This is your receipt.  

If you have completed your order, we suggest you take a look in the spam folder of your email account. Please add bcnuclothing to your safe sender list in order to receive emails from us.

If your unable to locate the confirmation email, you may have mistyped your email or the email is undeliverable.

Don't worry. Contact the BCNÜ Customer Service team at customerservice@bcnuclothing.com and they will confirm whether the order was successfully submitted and/or a payment made.

Payment Information

When is my payment processed?

When you place an order on our website, we offer you the choice to pay by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Paypal for instant payment.

The Secure Online Card Payment Tool will inform you instantly of the status of your transaction. If the transaction is declined, check details and try again as it may simply be that you mistyped your details required to complete the payment.

If problems continue you may have to contact your financial institution for further information or assistance.

What is PayPal?

PayPal gives you the ability to fund your payments from multiple sources that you already know and love, including any balances in your PayPal account, bank account, credit and debit cards. Your financial details are securely stored with PayPal, thereby giving you the convenience of completing your transaction without typing in the information each time.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes you can. For ease and convenience we support and offer PayPal.

When placing an order, select PayPal on the payment page of the Checkout. We will take you to the PayPal site and bring you back to our website once the payment is entered. Please note that Paypal payments are done in the same way as the cards: they are transacted only once you click on "Submit" on the last page of the Checkout. It's as easy as that! If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can easily set one up. Go to the paypal.com to create your own PayPal account. Generally it will take between 3-5 business days before your account is activated.

Paying by Credit Card? Not a problem. You can also pay by Visa & MASTERCARD via PayPal. This transaction will be handled in the same way payments are handled on all other payment gateways.

Can I pay with Credit Card?

Of course you can. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Some debit cards are also accepted, depending on rules of issuing bank/institutions. Payment by credit card is the fastest way to have your order shipped. Our instant payment facility provides you with the status of your payment immediately!

Will I be billed in my local currency?

Unfortunately no. All orders placed on the website will be billed in US Dollars and converted to your local currency on your bank statement.

For ease of use we have provided you with an option to select the currency you wish to shop with on our website. Once selected all totals will be shown in the currency selected. Don’t worry if your currency is not shown you can still shop on our website, it's just that prices will be show in US Dollars (USD). If you would like to see the current exchange rate for your currency simply go to XE Universal Currency Converter and follow the instructions.

Shipping Information

When is my order processed and shipped?

We process and ship all orders each day and shipped the next business day.

Do I have to pay shipping?

Our Free Global Shipping Offer is valid for all orders over USD $50.00. This offer is for standard shipping only and is subject to each individual order. It does not include tracking. If tracking is required please select Trackable Shipping, or International Courier for fast international delivery. All orders under USD $50.00 will be charged a USD $15.00 flat rate per order.

This offer does not include

  • Trackable Shipping.
  • Any custom duties, fees or taxes that may be assessed for international orders.
  • International Courier or Express Registered Post in the UK.
  • Any additional postal charges that may be required for delivery of your product(s) once the parcel arrives in your country. Any costs incurred for the final delivery will be at the expense of the customer and BCNÜ will not cover, nor will we refund any item that cannot be cleared without additional charges being paid.

Is my country excluded from the free shipping offer?

To check the shipping charges that apply to your order, simply start the process of creating an order, and go through to the checkout. At the checkout, you can select your destination, and shipping method and any additional costs will be calculated. Whilst our shipping offer applies to the vast majority of countries, we are unable to extend this offer to a small number of countries due to the additional shipping expenses associated with there locations. Delivery Timeframes

Within the UK

Royal Mail will deliver your parcel within 7 business days. We will send you a notification once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days from shipment, give your local Post Office a call just to make sure it's not waiting there for collection. If the parcel is not at the Post Office, you can mail us by using the CONTACT FORM or alternatively you can call our Customer Service Team.

International Orders

International orders usually take around 7-14 business days to be delivered to most countries. In some instances there may be delays as Customs agency within the destination country may choose to withhold individual shipments as a random security/inspection measures. These delays can be between 4-6 weeks except for Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Israel which can be up to 8 weeks on very rare occasions. Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do to speed up the process of clearing customs as these are measures which are beyond our control.

Express Registered Post UK & International Trackable Shipping

We offer an Registered Postal service within the UK. Express Post is a premium delivery service that offers guaranteed delivery in 2 business days at an extra cost of USD $10.
We also offer Trackable International Shipping service for overseas customers. This is not an express service, but it will provide you with a tracking number. You can select this option at checkout at an extra cost of USD $10.

International Courier

This service is fully trackable and you will receive your parcel in 2-7 business days. If you’ve had problems receiving international post in the past we strongly recommend you choose this option at checkout to ensure that the goods are delivered to you. You can select this option at checkout  at an extra cost of USD$ $35.

Order Enquiries

There was an error with my order. What do I do?

We inspect every order prior to shipping for quality and correctness. In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect order please contact us by email by sending an email to BCNÜ Customer Service

I received my order & there is a fault with my garment. What do I do?

We stand by our product 100% - if ever there is a manufacturing fault with the garment please do not hesitate to contact us. Upon return of the faulty garment we will either exchange it or refund your purchase.

Return postage is at the customers’ expense.

In the rare event an exchange occurs the amount to be refunded will be credited to the card holders credit card on which the original payment was made. The amount refunded will be made in United States Dollars (USD) at the exchange rate at that time.

My order arrived but I want to exchange an item!

We stand by our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We will gladly exchange an item as long as the item or items are in original condition (unworn & unwashed). Simply send them back to us by post within 21 days of receipt of delivery to

Customer Exchanges & Returns

My order arrived, but I want to exchange an item.

Simply send them back to us by post within 60 days of receipt of delivery.

Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging/tags intact and original receipt. Before returning your BCNÜ gear please contact our Fulfilment Team via the CONTACT US page. Please remember to include a exchange form indicating your full name and order number with your items.

Customer Exchange Form

Who pays the postage for an exchange?

For your first exchange of products on an order, we will gladly ship your replacement free of charge.

The only cost to yourself is that of the return postage of the original item(s) to us. If a further exchange on the same order is requested, we reserve the right to charge additional postage for the shipment back to you. This is typically around US $15 depending on the number of items being sent. This fee covers administration and freight charges for the return.

I've already worn my purchase. Can I still exchange it?

Unfortunately Not. For health reasons we can only accept garments that are in original condition and that have not been worn or washed. If a worn item is sent back to us, we will typically contact you to better understand the reason for the return. But where an item is returned without first notifying us that the item has been worn, we may choose to send the item(s) directly back to you.

Who can access my private information

Your privacy is important to us and we make all attempts to ensure the highest security of your personal information. The only time personal details are provided to a 3rd party is when we believe a consumer is actively using the credit card for fraudulent purposes.

If we believe that there has been fraudulent use of a credit card we will supply details to the necessary authorities. If this happens the consumer's IP address is also recorded & their signature ID from the server account used to place the order is also handed to the authorities for investigation.
