RETURN POLICY

BCNÜ products are manufactured to the highest standard and we know you're going to love your gear from BCNÜ. In the unlikely event that the item has a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace it up to 21 days from the date you receive your purchase. Warranty excludes malfunction caused by normal wear and tear, alterations, abuse, negligence or not following care instructions.

Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging/tags intact and original receipt. Before returning your BCNÜ gear please tell us report the return by logging into My Account. Please remember to include a return slip indicating your full name and order number with your items.

General Terms

  • SALE items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • If you select a SALE item as replacement, keep in mind that by the time we process your exchange request, the item may be sold out. We invite you to indicate a couple of articles as replacement or select an item that is not on SALE (be sure to include order of preference for the selection).
  • Socks or head gear such as caps cannot be exchanged or refunded.

REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with you order you may request a refund. If a refund is requested you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

SHIPPING

Our products are designed in Australia, made in Portugal and shipped from the UK. BCNÜ products are kept in stock in London ready for immediate delivery. Orders are generally shipped in the next business day.

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Our Free Shipping Offer is valid for all orders over USD $50.00. This offer is for standard shipping only and is subject to each individual order. It does not include tracking. If tracking is required please select Trackable Shipping, or International Courier for fast international delivery.

To check the shipping charges that apply to your order, simply start the process of creating an order, and go through to the checkout. At the checkout, you can select your destination, and shipping method and any additional costs will be calculated. Whilst our shipping offer applies to the vast majority of countries, we are unable to extend this offer to a small number of countries due to the additional shipping expenses associated with there locations. Click here to view a list of countries that are not eligible for free shipping and carry a flat fee of USD $35.00 charge on all orders.

This offer does not include

  • Trackable Shipping.
  • Any custom duties, fees or taxes that may be assessed for international orders.
  • International Courier or Express Registered Post in the UK.
  • Any additional postal charges that may be required for delivery of your product(s) once the parcel arrives in your country. Any costs incurred for the final delivery will be at the expense of the customer and BCNÜ will not cover, nor will we refund any item that cannot be cleared without additional charges being paid. 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES 

Within the UK

Royal Mail will deliver your parcel within 7 business days. We will send you a notification once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days from shipment, give your local Post Office a call just to make sure it's not waiting there for collection. If the parcel is not at the Post Office, you can mail us by using the CONTACT FORM or alternatively you can call our Customer Service Team.

International Orders

International orders usually take around 7-21 business days to be delivered to most countries. In some instances there may be delays as Customs agency within the destination country may choose to withhold individual shipments as a random security/inspection measures. These delays can be between 4-6 weeks except for Argentina, Brazil and Chile which can be up to 8 weeks on very rare occasions. Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do to speed up the process of clearing customs as these are measures which are beyond our control.

EXPRESS REGISTERED POST IN THE UK

We offer an Registered Postal service within the UK. Express Post is a premium delivery service that offers guaranteed delivery in 2 business days at an extra cost of USD$ 10.

TRACKABLE  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We also offer Trackable International Shipping service for overseas customers. This is not an express service, but it will provide you with a tracking number. You can select this option at checkout at an extra cost of USD$ 10.

INTERNATIONAL COURIER

This service is fully trackable and you will receive your parcel in 2-7 business days. If you’ve had problems receiving international post in the past we strongly recommend you choose this option at checkout to ensure that the goods are delivered to you. You can select this option at checkout  at an extra cost of USD$ $35.
